This up-dated and highly acclaimed program has been developed within federal lawful parameters of use of force by police and corrections officers. Escalation & de-escalation of force is based on the Federal court defended “Ladder of Force Continuum” which has continually protected departments from costly liability and worker compensation issues resulting from inadequate training.
