Going through the training gave me a lot of useful tools that I can pass on to my S.E.R.T. members. We have been pretty good at dealing with a lot of situations, now we have all sorts of techniques we can use, and we now have the confidence to teach our team those techniques knowing that it is backed by years of use. Brian, you were an awesome instructor utilizing years of knowledge and practice. The things you taught us will be utilized daily.
